Alan K. Andersen - President
AFIP Certified, Alan has over 27 years of experience in the Automotive business.
Mr. Andersen was developer of the Yes! software system, which was marketed nationally from 1982 till 1991 installed at over 400 dealers. Alan started The Dealer Group in 1992. The Dealer Group supports over 140 Dealers in the States of Illinois and Indiana. The Dealer Group provides a myriad of products toHelp dealerships maximize profit potential, while boosting customer satisfaction.
In 2004, The Dealer Group Midwest developed The F&I Works® menu system which has been Marketed throughout Canada and the U.S. by the Dealer Group and affiliate agencies regionally. Since its inception, F&I Works software has over 500 installations in the US and Canada.
Jack K. Andersen – Vice President
Jack has over 27 years in the Automotive business… having been in the sales, sales Management and finance positions, Jack brings a “real” dealership experience to our customers.
Cindy Carta – Office Manager
Cindy has been with the Dealer Group since 2003. Cindy handles all of the day to day Dealer requests for supplies and reporting. Cindy has been in office management positions for over 20 years.
